DALLAS—ZipRealty says Dallas has one of the nation's fastest-moving housing markets.

The online real estate firm has released a new report that said the median number of days homes stay on the market in Dallas is 15 days. That ties Dallas with Portland and Denver for third place, according to a Dallas Business Journal article summarizing the report.

The national median across the 25 major cities listed in the report was 29 days. Austin leads the list at 10 days and Houston and Seattle are tied for fourth at 17 days, ZipRealty reported.
