Colliers Inks 18,768-SF Lease for Insurer

RUTHERFORD, NJ—Colliers International has arranged a long-term, 18,768 SF lease for Clermont Specialty Managers, a commercial property/casualty insurer, at the Meadows Office Complex at 301 Route 17 North here.

RUTHERFORD, NJ—Colliers International has arranged a long-term, 18,768 SF lease for Clermont Specialty Managers, a W. R. Berkley company, at the Meadows Office Complex at 301 Route 17 North here.

The commercial property casualty insurance provider will relocate from its current New Jersey office in Hackensack. Clermont will occupy the space in late summer, pending build out of the custom-designed space on the 9th floor. The 600,000-square-foot commercial building is owned and managed by Onyx Equities.
