NEW YORK CITY—Online marketing firm Yodle has signed a 10-year lease for almost 85,000 square feet at 330 W. 34th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues, according to The Real Deal. Yodle reportedly will pay in the $60s per square foot for its new headquarters.

Yodle will move to its new space in the 688,881-square-foot office tower—owned by Vornado Realty Trust, from 50 W. 23rd St. between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, TRD reports.

Fashion company New York and Co. also is set to relocate to the 18-story building after signing a lease for 185,000 square feet earlier in the year.

Vornado was represented in the deal by in-house brokers Craig Panzirer and Jared Silverman while Yodle was represented by DTZ. It wasn't clear at press time who from DTZ represented Yodel in the transaction.
