FLORHAM PARK, NJ – Transwestern is now the exclusive leasing agent for Park Place in Florham Park, New Jersey. The 30-acre, premier corporate office complex includes four buildings totaling 351,995 sf.

Transwestern principal James Postell, managing director Matt McDonough and vice president Daniel Ligorner will lease the property on behalf of Normandy Real Estate Partners, which owns and operates a large, diversified property portfolio in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

“Transwestern's reputation for professionalism and depth of relationships combined with the major capital improvements to the complex gives us great confidence that Park Place will again be among the most competitively positioned premier business destinations in this submarket,” said Paul Teti, principal at Normandy Real Estate Partners.

“The property is ideally positioned in the market with exceptional on-site property management and in close proximity to some of the area's top-tier business tenants and amenities,” said Postell. “There is an available 70,000-square-foot contiguous block of space, offering tenants a flagship location at significant value.”

Renovated in 2001, Park Place is launching a major capital improvements program throughout the common areas of the complex. In addition to its high-end finishes, property amenities include a conference center, cafe and private executive dining, fitness center, special event rooms, covered parking and a shuttle to and from the nearby New Jersey Transit Convent Station train station.

The property, at 200 through 230 Park Avenue, is strategically located at the intersection of Park Avenue and Columbia Turnpike, adjacent to Route 24 and one mile east of Interstate 287. The property is close to both the Morristown and Convent Station New Jersey Transit stations.

The New York Jets training facility, the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center, and corporate headquarters for BASF and Realogy are adjacent to the Park Place property. The property is also near upscale residential neighborhoods and the Morris County Country Club.
