JACKSONVILLE, FL—Residential real estate executive Matt Wilcox has joined JLL's Capital Markets operations based here as a managing director.
Wilcox is working under International Director Jubeen Vaghefi and partnering with Managing Directors Denny St. Romain and Jeff Morris. He will focus on JLL's multifamily business, including multifamily investment sales, debt and equity, company officials say.
The real estate veteran joins JLL from a competing national brokerage firm, where he served as senior vice president and was tasked with spearheading brokerage efforts in North Florida. Prior to that, he spent a number of years at another competing national brokerage firm, as well as with Tribridge Residential. Wilcox has more than a decade of experience and has been involved with $1.4 billion in transactions.
“Matt is a well-respected industry veteran and his expertise in multifamily property sales will ensure our clients receive best-in-class, well-executed transactions,” says Vaghefi. “His depth of experience in North Florida and as a former principal will enhance our ability to further serve our clients in Florida.
