PARSIPPANY, NJ – Benenson Capital Partners, one of the nation's oldest and most active privately-held real estate investment and development companies, has named Cassidy Turley exclusive marketing and leasing agent for its class A office building at 169 Lackawanna Avenue in Parsippany, that is currently leased by New York Life Investment Management, says Richard Kessler, Benenson Capital Partner's chief operating officer.

The building will be represented by Cassidy Turley's Raymond Trevisan, Charles Parmelli, William O'Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura.
