PARSIPPANY, NJ – Benenson Capital Partners, one of the nation's oldest and most active privately-held real estate investment and development companies, has named Cassidy Turley exclusive marketing and leasing agent for its class A office building at 169 Lackawanna Avenue in Parsippany, that is currently leased by New York Life Investment Management, says Richard Kessler, Benenson Capital Partner's chief operating officer.

The building will be represented by Cassidy Turley's Raymond Trevisan, Charles Parmelli, William O'Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura.

Built in 2001, the 256,750 square foot class A building includes an open-air plaza, fitness center, full service cafeteria and grab 'n go sundry shop, as well as conference facilities and a three-story atrium lobby. Located in the heart of Morris County and only minutes from Interstates 46, 80 and 287, 169 Lackawanna Ave. offers convenient access to New Jersey's skilled workforce as well as numerous local restaurants, hotels and retail opportunities.
