CHICAGO—In the past 60 days, Chicago-based JLL has made several moves to bolster its tenant representation team. Paul Giannopulos, for example, has just joined the Chicago office as a senior vice president. And his arrival follows the hiring of Kevin Rogers, Todd Mintz, Jeff Miller, Andy Strand, Kyle Harding and Jay Heald — all seven of whom joined the firm's tenant representation group.

Giannopulos, 35, specializes in advising clients on strategic real estate planning, acquisition/dispositions of owned and leased properties, and portfolio and lease administration. Many of his clients have multi-market needs, and he will work closely with JLL colleagues George Kotrogiannis and Kurt Kittner.

Most recently, Giannopulos spent more than eight years with Cresa and has also worked at both NAI Hiffman and ProTen Realty Group. He graduated from Indiana University.

“We are committed to the continued growth of our tenant rep team here in Chicago, but only with the right kind of people who truly embody our JLL culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence,” says Fred Schuler, head of JLL's Chicago and suburban Chicago tenant representation group. “Paul personifies all of those characteristics and we know that he will help us serve our existing clients better and position us for additional opportunities in the marketplace.”
