Leasing Starts for Final Phase of New Camden County Luxury Apartment Community

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ – Another 70 luxury apartments in Collings North, the second and final phase of The Collings at the LumberYard, will be available for leasing on August 9, says Brad Ingerman, president and ceo of Ingerman, which is developing the project.

Ingerman, a developer, manager and builder of multi-family apartment communities, is developing Collingswood’s only transit-oriented, luxury apartment community – to meet the strong regional demand for luxury rental housing within walking distance of mass transit. In 2013, Ingerman opened and within months fully leased The Collings South, the first phase of The Collings at The LumberYard, comprising an adjacent community of 34 premier apartments, including seven luxury townhomes with private entrances.
