SAN FRANCISCO—Equity Residential and Nibbi Brothers General Contractors have celebrated the topping out of Azure at Mission Bay, Equity Residential's 16-story, for-lease, residential development featuring 273 residences.

Peter Solar, vice president of development for Equity Residential, made the announcement.
