SAN FRANCISCO—Equity Residential and Nibbi Brothers General Contractors have celebrated the topping out of Azure at Mission Bay, Equity Residential's 16-story, for-lease, residential development featuring 273 residences.

Peter Solar, vice president of development for Equity Residential, made the announcement. Located at 690 Long Bridge Street and adjacent to Mission Creek Park, the 396,200 square foot development is steeped in progressive urbanism with its connection to mass transit, and its close proximity to an ever-expanding base of creative and technology driven businesses.

“We brought together a brilliant team of local partners in the development and construction of Azure at Mission Bay, which has resulted in an innovative approach to a high-rise, urban living environment,” said Solar. “Opening in Spring of 2015 and offering expansive 360-degree views, and a host of onsite amenities including outdoor courtyards, barbeques, a fire pit, bike storage and of course, a fitness center. There are less conventional amenities including a demonstration kitchen, bicycle repair room, pet wash and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience open spaces or parks on three sides of the development. Azure will ultimately offer an unparalleled, for-lease living environment in Mission Bay.”
