MECHANICSBURG, PA –Woodmont Industrial Partners has signed a lease at 34 Dauphin Drive with Allen Distribution, a third-party logistics service provider based in South Central Pennsylvania that currently owns and/or operates more than four million square feet of warehouse space.

The Property is a 180,333-square foot rail-served distribution center located in an established industrial park on US route 11 near I-76 and 81 in Mechanicsburg, PA, approximately 12 miles south of Harrisburg.

Woodmont Industrial Partners spent six months upgrading the building to modern standards, including an ESFR Sprinkler system and T-5 lighting, among other improvements. The building, which occupies 10.64 acres of land, features 3,200 square feet of office space, a 24 foot ceiling height, 20 dock positions and 10 rear rail doors and can support single or multiple tenants.

“With its prime location in the heart of Central Pennsylvania and newly renovated features, we are confident that 34 Dauphin Drive will serve Allen Distribution's needs,” says Eric Witmondt, principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners. “After our intense rehabilitation of the property, it is now a fully-functioning distribution building in line with modern standards.”

Allen Distribution, a privately owned company established in 1988, specializes in distributing various products with locations in Carlisle, Allentown, and South Central, PA.

Woodmont Industrial Partners is an affiliate of Fairfield, NJ-based Woodmont Properties, a real estate development and management firm established in 1963. Woodmont Industrial Partners, formed in 2011, seeks acquisition opportunities in select, high-barrier-to-entry and globally oriented seaports of New York/New Jersey, Baltimore and South Florida, and the inland ports of the Lehigh Valley and Harrisburg regions in Pennsylvania. Its goal is to create a portfolio of high-quality assets via the acquisition of individual properties as well as development opportunities.
