EDISON, NJ–Cassidy Turley represented dietary supplement manufacturer Life Extension in the lease of 68,043 square foot at 150 Fieldcrest Avenue in Edison, NJ.

Cassidy Turley associate vice president Jason Barton represented the tenant. Summit Associates Inc., the building owner, was represented in-house.

Life Extension recently moved to Edison from its Long Island, NY, location to accommodate its growing business. The industrial property is near Interstate 287, US Route 1, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, and close to public transportation and major airports. The facility is air-conditioned, a critical consideration for nutritional supplements.

“Life Extension needed a new location that provided the ability to store products in a temperature controlled environment,” says Barton. “Being in close proximity to major highways is key to meeting the company's distribution needs and will help Life Extension continue to grow.”

“Cassidy Turley helped us find a location and space that would not only accommodate our current needs but also give us the flexibility for future expansion,” says Paul Gilner, Life Extension CEO.
