NAPERVILLE, IL—NAI Hiffman has just been awarded the management and leasing contract for Naperville Woods Office Center by Agellan Capital Partners Inc. Located at 1000-1100 E. Warrenville Rd. in Naperville, the class A center is one of the most significant office properties in the East-West corridor. It features two, four-story buildings totaling over 486,000-square feet that are currently 98.7% occupied. NAI Hiffman now leases and manages about 56.6-million-square-feet of office, industrial, and retail space in the Chicagoland market.
Naperville Woods Office Center was built in 1988, but the lobbies, restrooms, building systems, façade and landscaping received complete renovations in 2007; Agellan REIT US LP purchased the property in 2013. Located at the interchange of I-88 and Naperville Rd., the 31-acre campus features dramatic atrium lobbies, a cafeteria, fitness center, and abundant parking. The center is also near several hotels and restaurants and is adjacent to Herrick Woods Forest Preserve.
