HACKENSACK, NJ—Pashman Stein PC, one of New Jersey's leading commercial litigation firms, according to U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers, is relocating and nearly doubling its headquarters space at Court Plaza in Hackensack, NJ.
Pashman Stein has been a tenant in the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property for nearly 12 years.
Pashman Stein is nearly doubling in size, signing on for 24,367 square feet for 16.5 years. NGKF vice chairman David Simson and managing director Hope Brodsky were the exclusive representatives for Pashman Stein in negotiations.
"We've secured a larger and more suitable space for Pashman Stein's recent and anticipated growth," says Brodsky.
“We are delighted to facilitate this ongoing relationship with the landlord and tenant, and create a new vision for the years to come on behalf of the attorneys at Pashman Stein,” says Simson.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises vice president Jerry Barta handles leasing for the three-building, 335,000-square-foot, class-A office complex.
