Cushman & Wakefield Gains Three New Agencies

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Upscale tenants continue to seek quality, well-located space, says Nancy Erickson, director for Cushman & Wakefield. C&W has picked up three new leasing agency assignments in Morris, Essex and Hudson counties.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Upscale tenants continue to seek quality, well-located space, says Nancy Erickson, director for Cushman & Wakefield. C&W has picked up three new leasing agency assignments in Morris, Essex and Hudson counties.

Erickson says the primary businesses driving leasing activity at properties catering to upscale demographics are sit-down casual dining; specialized fitness such as rowing and spinning; preschools; and health and beauty, including emerging concepts like franchise massage and blow dry bars.
