LYNDHURST, NJ —Vermella Lyndhurst, a 296-apartment community that opened in March 2013, is now complete with four residential buildings and an 8,000 square foot clubhouse, and is more than 93% leased.

“We are very pleased with the success we have had this year,” says John Yurkow, director of operations for Vermella Lyndhurst. “Our residents have created a very welcoming community environment, making our jobs easier and the development a truly happy place to be.”

The property features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range from 804 to 1,918 square feet. Each residence has been enhanced with energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, in-residence washer and dryer and ceramic tile. In addition many apartments feature lofts, balconies and walk-in closets.

“Vermella Lyndhurst is ideally located near many of Bergen County's major highways and within walking distance to the Kingsland train station,” says Lisa Sikora, director of marketing for Russo Development, the property's developer and owner. “With our high-end finishes and amenities and the addition of shuttle service to two desired transit stops, we have been able to attract many renters from NYC and New Jersey's Gold Coast.”
