HOUSTON—On behalf of San Antonio-based ComCapp LLC, CBRE Houston has announced the sale of Woods of Inverness, a garden-style community in the northeast part of the city, to an undisclosed buyer.
The property, located at the intersection of Hardy Toll Roll and FM 1960 at 21717 Inverness Blvd., was constructed in 1981 and features 272 one- and two-bedroom units averaging 980 square feet. Currently, it is 93.4 percent occupied.
“The property is on a small, quiet street and has much larger unit sizes than most of the competitive properties in the area,” says Clint Duncan, who represented the seller alongside Ryan Epstein.
Over the past two years, ComCapp invested in exterior and common-area improvements, including updating the clubhouse and pool area, adding a “bark park” and additional landscaping, and updating a portion of unit interiors.
Additional community amenities include an Internet café with Wi-Fi, a children's recreation area with a new pergola and a business center.
