PHILADELPHIA, PA—Michael J. Sher has joined Colliers International as senior managing director of the Healthcare Services Group. In addition to the Colliers Philadelphia healthcare team, Colliers Healthcare Services Group includes over 75 professionals across the United States.

“Michael will play an integral part in expanding the company's Healthcare services initiatives throughout the region, providing real estate and consulting services to health systems, hospitals, medical office owners and developers and physician practice,” says Doug Sayer, CEO of Colliers International in Philadelphia.

Sher has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management and healthcare real estate, working with major health systems, community hospitals and physician practices providing planning and consulting services, transaction execution and project management.

He previously was president of Med Realty Partners, chief of staff and vice president for real estate and facilities at Temple University Health System, and manager for strategic planning at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
