EATONTOWN, NJ—Vietnamese noodle restaurant Pho 99 and nail salon Affinity Nails & Spa have leased a combined 7,700 square feet of space at Eatontown Plaza in Eatontown. Levin Management is exclusive leasing agent for the 30,000-square-foot center. The lease signing brings Eatontown Plaza to 100 percent occupancy.

Gloria Mercado, Levin's leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease.

“Retailers continue to view Monmouth County as a vital growth market,” says Mercado. “This lease signing showcases Eatontown Plaza as a highly sought-after retail address for long-term business success. Both Pho 99 and Affinity Nails & Spa will benefit from the center's exceptional regional demographics and existing customer base.”

Pho 99 offers a casual dining atmosphere along with a full menu of affordably priced traditional Vietnamese cuisine, including Vietnamese barbecue and pho noodles. The popular chain has additional locations in New York, as well as in South Plainfield and Franklin Park, N.J. At Affinity Nails & Spa, patrons will enjoy an array of nail care and waxing services in a modern and comfortable environment.

The lease signing brings both businesses together in one combined retail space, says Mercado. “The trend of combining complementary businesses under one roof is gaining momentum with consumers in search of 'one-stop' shopping convenience. Pho 99 already has a very loyal following and we are very excited to bring this unique dining concept to Eatontown Plaza,” she says.

Located directly across from Monmouth Mall on the heavily traveled intersection of Routes 35 and 36, Eatontown Plaza serves a growing residential population of more than 150,000 people within a five-mile radius. The center's tenant mix also includes The Vitamin Shoppe, Men's Wearhouse, Leisure Fitness, Beach Bum Tanning and Sprint.
