HOUSTON–Amegy Bank N.A. has named Houston-based Transwestern as property manager for three Houston-area office buildings totaling 341,986 square feet. In addition, the firm will provide lease administration services for 47 bank branch leases and ATMs throughout Texas. The office buildings in the management assignment include 1801 Main St., a 219,052-square-foot building in the Central Business District; 4576 Research Forest Drive, a 40,224-square-foot building in The Woodlands; and 1300 Rollingbrook Drive, an 82,710-square-foot building in Baytown.

“We are extremely pleased to begin working with Amegy Bank to provide property management and lease administration solutions for the firm's real estate needs throughout Texas,” said Steve Ash, Transwestern managing senior vice president. “We look forward to expanding and building upon this relationship for years to come.”

Lease administrators from Transwestern will be assigned to manage and maintain Amegy Bank's lease portfolio for day-to-day property information.
