TEANECK, NJ— Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive leasing agents for Glenpointe at Teaneck, the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property, have signed Ramapo Trust of the Brookdale Foundation Group and Creative Circle to office leases totaling 7,500 square feet.

Brookdale Foundation Group and a related entity are leasing 3,800 square feet for their new headquarters. Brookdale provides funding in the field of geriatrics and gerontology. With the signing, the firms have combined their New Jersey and New York offices, including relocating their New Jersey office from Parker Plaza in Fort Lee.

Glenpointe continues to be a preferred location for growing businesses,” says Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield, who teamed with Marc Graham and Christian Politan in representing Glenpointe's ownership. Baumstein also represented the tenant in the transaction.

Glenpointe is a great central location for our organization,” said Mary Ann Van Clief, vice president-administration of Ramapo Trust. “It is modern, well-run, comfortable and has a great management team and many amenities. We looked at other locations as we sought to combine our bi-state offices, but this was always our first choice. Our space is wonderful.”

In the second transaction, Creative Circle has leased 3,700 square feet. For this tenant, a specialty staffing agency for the marketing and creative professionals with offices nationally, the signing marks a new location. Representing Creative Circle were Jim Scancarella and Carlo Brignardello of CRESA.

“We continue to see considerable interest in Glenpointe's remaining availabilities and anticipate additional announcements shortly,” says Baumstein.

Glenpointe, with its combination of 650,000 square feet of top-flight class A office space and on-site amenities, is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 345-room Marriott at Glenpointe; and the state-of-the-art, 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness. Other amenities include a full-service bank, cafeteria, restaurant, wine bar, lounge, covered parking, on-site management, 24/7 security and a variety of services.

Glenpointe's location is also key – it is strategically situated at the intersection of I-80 and I-95, just three miles from the George Washington Bridge, with easy access to New York and New England and such major thoroughfares as the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Routes 4 and 46, and all area airports.

And Glenpointe continues to grow, with approvals in place for the new 242,000-square-foot class A Glenpointe Centre South, with extraordinary visibility and signage opportunity along heavily traveled I-95. Cushman & Wakefield team is also currently marketing Glenpointe Centre South.
