TEANECK, NJ— Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive leasing agents for Glenpointe at Teaneck, the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property, have signed Ramapo Trust of the Brookdale Foundation Group and Creative Circle to office leases totaling 7,500 square feet.
Brookdale Foundation Group and a related entity are leasing 3,800 square feet for their new headquarters. Brookdale provides funding in the field of geriatrics and gerontology. With the signing, the firms have combined their New Jersey and New York offices, including relocating their New Jersey office from Parker Plaza in Fort Lee.
“Glenpointe continues to be a preferred location for growing businesses,” says Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield, who teamed with Marc Graham and Christian Politan in representing Glenpointe's ownership. Baumstein also represented the tenant in the transaction.
