TAMPA, FL—After pushing deeper into Jacksonville's multifamily market, Franklin Street is expanding its service base in Tampa. The firm just added Michaelann Murphy to its commercial real estate mix.

Murphy joins Franklin Street as a director. She specializes in landlord representation and brings nearly a decade of experience in leasing, development and acquisitions to the firm's Tampa office. Murphy is charged with maximizing value for clients primarily in Tampa Bay and the West Coast of Florida.
