ST. HELENA, CA—Napa Valley vintner Carl Doumani hopes to build an 84-room hotel on his property at the corner of Highway 29 and Mills Lane.

The resort would feature a gym, spa, swimming pool and restaurant, with architecture inspired by the town's old farm houses. This according to a local news report.

According to preliminary estimates, the hotel could generate between $1.9 million and $2.2 million in hotel taxes for the city.
