HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ—The law firm Leanza & Agrapidis PC has renewed its lease and expanded its presence at Heights Plaza, 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights. The firm will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet at the class A office building, owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Graham “Chip” Conklin of Savills Studley represented the tenant.
“We have been a tenant at Heights Plaza for 10 years, and the building's excellent location and proximity to major highways have proven advantageous to both our clients and staff members,” says Evans Agrapidis Esq., one of Leanza & Agrapidis' founding partners. “Our firm is experiencing steady, sustainable growth and this expansion allows us to continue that growth in an environment conducive to providing first-rate legal services to our clients.”
Featuring 200,000 square feet of office space on six floors, Heights Plaza is located at the intersection of I-80, Route 17 and Route 46, 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Tenants have easy access to major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. Building amenities include covered parking, an on-site cafeteria, a security/concierge center, and Manhattan skyline views. Heights Plaza is adjacent to the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights hotel and within two miles of Teterboro Airport.
“Having a leading law firm renew and expand its commitment at Heights Plaza reaffirms the property's attractiveness as a premier Bergen County office address,” says Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' vice-president/director of leasing and marketing. “Heights Plaza is an excellent choice for small and mid-sized office tenants in a wide range of industries. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Leanza & Agrapidis for many years to come.”
