CHICAGO—Related Midwest officials say that new tenants have now leased 50% of the apartments in OneEleven at 111 W. Wacker Dr. The company started pre-leasing in April and tenants began moving into the new 60-story luxury apartment tower in early July.

Located at Clark St. and Wacker Dr. on the edge of the city's central business district, OneEleven features 504 apartments, and also has 30,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

“As OneEleven's swift leasing pace indicates, Chicago renters have a strong desire to live in the Loop, which has emerged as one of the nation's fastest-growing urban cores,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. “By partnering with two of the country's preeminent stars in architecture and design, we were able to deliver an eye-catching building that has been well-received by those looking for upscale rentals in the heart of the city.”
