WOODBRIDGE, NJ—Daniel Lanni, who joined The Kislak Company in 2010, has been named vice president. Lanni has become one of the company's leading producers.

“We are very pleased to have Dan with us at Kislak and congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion,” says Robert Holland, president and co-managing director. “Dan has a passion for hard work, a keen sense of the investment real estate market and is a master marketer – three characteristics that help to make him a successful investment real estate salesperson.”

Lanni specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout central New Jersey, with a particular focus on Monmouth and Ocean Counties. His recent transactions include the $17.65 milllion sale of Royal Pines at Marlboro, a 90-unit luxury apartment complex in Marlboro; the $10.3 million sale of Bradley Beach Village, a 42-unit luxury apartment complex with five retail spaces in Bradley Beach; the $7.85 million sale of Matawan Village, a 72-unit apartment complex in Matawan; and the $1.95 million sale of Corlies Plaza, a 17,148 square foot mixed-use property in Neptune.

Lanni received Kislak's 2011 Rookie of the Year award, presented to a developing employee with a high production level and excellence in brokerage.
