INDIANAPOLIS—Colliers International in Indiana recently expanded their capital advisors group by hiring Jeffrey K. Lockhart as its senior vice president. He joins Keith Menner, also senior vice president, who came to Colliers in 2012.

“Jeff brings an extensive banking background to our team,” Menner said. “His experience in general underwriting and special assets offers another dimension to our group. He also possesses experience in residential construction lending, subdivision development and custom lending.”

Lockhart has completed over $600 million in commercial real estate commitments, working with a host of regional and national clients, including Duke Real Estate Investment Trust, Simon Property Group, Kite Realty, Pulte Homes and Beazer Homes.

“Colliers is a very entrepreneurial environment with a strong corporate backbone,” Lockhart says, one of the top reasons he decided to join the firm. “The opportunity to provide what our clients need is endless. We offer short and long-term debt and equity solutions, property sale and purchase services, as well as leasing and property management for all commercial real estate types.”

Colliers has been expanding its investment services group in Indiana, which includes the capital advisors group. Currently, the company has 12 professionals that focus on all aspects of investments including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, land, medical office, residential, capital markets, mortgage brokerage, asset resolution services, development consulting, financial analysis and student housing.
