EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ— Frederica “Freddie” Mattis, a 20-year veteran of the title insurance industry, has joined CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm specializing in the utilities and wireless telecommunications industries, as right-of-way and land research associate.

Mattis specializes in managing closing desk, escrow agreements, post-closing clearance, bankruptcy, remittances, building loan projects, co-insurance, residential and commercial deals.

Before joining CW Solutions, she worked for two of the largest underwriters in New York – LandAmerica Financial Group/Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Group/Agency Division, where she received employee recognition of the year in 2002.

“We are pleased that Freddie is joining our team,” says Stacie Curtis, CW Solutions president and founder. “This new appointment will help us continue to maintain the highest standards as we grow our business.”

Mattis holds an associate's degree in applied science/executive from The City University of New York.

The real estate services firm is working on ongoing infrastructure improvement projects for prestigious clients such as Public Service Electric & Gas, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
