PHOENIX—Cassidy Turley announces the sale of 9.7 acres of land near the northwest corner of Indian School Road and Falcon Drive in Goodyear.

Phoenix-based NexMetro Palm Valley, LLC, dba NexMetro Communities, purchased the property from Phoenix-based Southwest Next NWC Indian School & Falcon. Cassidy Turley associate vice president Ryan Leavitt negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, while Waseem Hamadeh of Land Advisors Organization represented the buyer.

“NexMetro has proposed plans for a luxury rental community made up of 125 attached or detached single-story homes,” says Leavitt. “The Avilla development is a leased home neighborhood that combines the elements of single-family and multi-family residential living environments.”

NexMetro Communities is a luxury rental home builder with nearly 1,000 homes already completed or currently under construction in Arizona and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Expansion is planned for additional Western Sunbelt markets beginning in 2015.
