1M-SF Office Complex Completes Renovations

EL SEGUNDO, CA—Formerly known as Pacific Corporate Towers, the office property is now rebranded as PCT, a LEED Gold-certified creative office building after nearly a year-long renovation.

EL SEGUNDO, CA—An affiliate of BlackRock has completed renovations of PCT, a 1.6-million-square-foot creative office campus in El Segundo, CA, after a nearly year-long renovation. Formerly known as the Pacific Corporate Towers, the newly unveiled LEED Gold-certified property has 80 tenants.

San Francisco-based Studios Architecture led the contemporary redesign of the property, incorporating several indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that are in high demand among today’s office tenants. The property now has large “breakout” rooms with lounge seating and high-top tables for computers, a ground-floor lounge and large conference rooms. To meet the technology standards of many office tenants, the property also offers wifi throughout the complex as well as audio and visual capabilities in all of the conference rooms. Onsite amenities have also been incorporated into the property for tenant use, like a full-service gym, day-use bikes and ping-pong tables, plus an event schedule for the community that will offer food truck days, yoga classes and spa treatments.
