EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm specializing in the utilities and wireless telecommunications industries, has named William Flanagan of Holmdel, NJ, senior right-of-way project manager.

Flanagan joins CW Solutions with 20 years of experience in portfolio management, including lease negotiations, financial management, acquisitions and dispositions within the commercial real estate, public utility and wireless industries. Before joining CW Solutions, he was a commercial lease analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle where he managed the financial aspects of a large portfolio of commercial leases for a large utility company.

“We are delighted to welcome a person of William's background and caliber to our team,” says Stacie Curtis, CWS president and founder. “His wide-ranging skills and capabilities within the real estate industry will allow us to expand our services to further meet our clients' needs as we continue to grow our business.”

“Joining CW Solutions represents a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing real estate services organization,” says Flanagan. “I look forward to contributing to the success of the firm's utility clients as they move forward with their expansion projects in New Jersey.”

Flanagan earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University.

In the Northeast, CW Solutions' team of local, experienced professionals support utility projects involving right-of-way and easement acquisition projects for the region's utility companies. The real estate services firm is working on ongoing infrastructure improvement projects for clients such as Public Service Electric & Gas, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. The company nearly doubled its staff during the past year and plans to fill additional key positions in the coming months.
