DENVILLE, NJ—Projects completed in Denville and Chatham expand for-profit education spaces in the Northern New Jersey market. NAI James E. Hanson signed C2 Educational Systems to a long-term lease at Denville Station Plaza, located at 276 East Main Street in Denville, NJ.

Meanwhile, Sitar Realty Company TCN Worldwide completed a 10,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit project for KinderCare Learning Centers at 45 Main Street in Chatham, NJ. The daycare center is situated at the former location of the Parrott Mill Inn on the corner of Main Street and Parrott Mill Road in Chatham.  As part of the development, Sitar Realty Company preserved the historic Parrott Mill Inn originally built in 1780.
