Brewery Leases Space at City Centre

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—An affiliate of Tequesta Brewing Co. has signed a lease deal at the City Center here.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—An affiliate of Tequesta Brewing Co. has signed a lease deal at the City Center here.

The deal announced by brokerage firm NAI/ Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. has Twisted Trunk leasing 5,772 square feet at 2000 PGA Blvd., within the City Centre complex at the southwest corner of PGA Boulevard and US 1. The microbrewery will offer dozens of craft beers brewed on site, fermented in  tanks of up to 1,700 gallons in size that can be viewed from the bar area. In addition to a bar/lounge area, a patio area will have approximately 40 seats.
