DALLAS--Henry S. Miller recently obtained the exclusive listing for approximately 50 properties located throughout the Midland/Odessa region. Jerry Averyt, senior vice president in the brokerage division and Mark O'Briant, president of the firm's consulting division, along with Audra Smolinski, an independent agent, make up the team that will manage the portfolio listing.

“We are eager to bring these properties to the market and believe they provide a good investment opportunity to a variety of buyers/investors” said Averyt.

Smolinski, who had a prior connection with the owner, helped to land the company the listing. The team collectively has over 50 years of experience with investment-oriented properties.
