MIAMI—Anex Office is moving into Downtown Miami's Brickell Financial District. The executive office suites provider inked an 11,000-square-foot lease at the 32-story class A office tower. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Anex Office will occupy a full floor at 280,500-square-foot Brickell Bay, bringing occupancy up to 92%. Other tenants include AON, NEC Corporation, Syntel, Astigarraga Davis, the British Consulate, 1st United Bank, Au Bon Pain, and The Hackett Group.

Shared office space is a growing trend in Miami,” says Brickell vice president Christian Driussi, who represented the building's ownership in the transaction. “With its strong reputation for luxury class A offices in South Beach and Dadeland, Anex Office complements Brickell Bay Office Tower's diverse tenant base, which has a strong mix of global tenants and local firms looking to grow their presence in South Florida.”
