SEATTLE—In a move designed to further enhance the firm's successful service offerings and support continued growth in the Puget Sound region,JLL today announced the appointment of managing director Joe Smurdon to its regional leadership team.

Smurdon fills a new role on the leadership team and operates out of the firm's offices in Seattle and Bellevue. As Market Leader, Smurdon partners with the firm's regional leadership team of Williams, Steve Schwartzand Mark Flippo as well as David Young, head of multifamily capital markets; Lori Hill, head of capital markets;John Lo, head of real estate investment banking;John Fa, leader of the project and developmentservices group and Todd Robinette, head of property management, to drive further growth, including recruitment, training and business development across the region.
