BOSTON—Eastdil Secured director Sarah Lagosh—who jointly oversees the firm's 13-person Boston office—has been named to Real Estate Forum's annual list of the industry's “Women of Influence.” With 15 years in the business, and just two of those have been in her current position, Lagosh is said to have demonstrated strong leadership that is recognized not only among her peers within the firm, but also across the national Eastdil Securedinstitutional client base.
She also is known for having exhibited a robust understanding and knowledge of complicated transactions and separated herself from her peers. She has a proven ability to work through challenging topics and issues with clients and prospective investors to ensure successful completion of transactions.
A specialist in the office and multifamily sectors, Lagosh was a key member in closing 34 transactions totaling $3.75 billion over last 12 months and in marketing 10 transactions totaling $4.5 billion of equity sales, financings and joint venture equity raises. She represented Blackstone in the sale of a 50% interest in One Post Office Square, an 806,000-square-foot tower in Boston with a total value of $547 million; along with the Rockefeller Group/Mitsubishi in acquisition financing of 28 State St., a 572,000-square-foot tower in Boston with a $343 million sale price.
