Swiss Biz Claims Frost Tower PH

DALLAS--Rochon Family Office has signed a lease for the penthouse at the under-construction Frost Tower.

DALLAS–The new Frost Tower has landed an international tenant.

Dallas-based real estate developer and investor Harwood International has signed a lease with Rochon Family Office, which will move its global headquarters to the penthouse of the new tower when it opens next spring. The lease was represented by Jihane A. Boury and David Roehm of Harwood, Randy Cooper and Charlie Morris of Cassidy Turley, and Ryan Mack of Rochon Family Office.
