JERSEY CITY,NJ–Records management company CitiStorage has renewed its 150,000-square-foot warehouse lease at 107-151 West Side Ave. in Jersey City. Cushman & Wakefield's Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim and Stephen Elman, based in the commercial real estate service firm's East Rutherford, New Jersey, office, brokered the long-term transaction.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Brooklyn, CitiStorage serves the healthcare, legal, financial services, corporate and small business markets. Eden Wood Realty owns the West Side Ave. property.
“This building continues to meet our client's needs perfectly,” says Danzig. “It offers proximity to Manhattan, where CitiStorage maintains a significant client base. Additionally, the space includes custom built-out records storage infrastructure and high security for the company's specialized needas.”
