KINNELON, NJ—NAI James E. Hanson is partnering with advisory firm Van Houten Corporate Realty to market 1149 Route 23 South, a 40,000- square-foot space in Kinnelon, NJ, that currently houses the Garden State Harley Davidson dealership.
Michael G. Walters, executive managing director of Corporate Services, NAI James E. Hanson will work in collaboration with Richard Van Houten Jr., president, VHCRE, to identify and secure a buyer or tenant for the property.
Located on an elevated site with high visibility from one of New Jersey's busiest thoroughfares, the three-story, split-level pavilion is situated near Interstate 287, in the heart of a retail corridor that includes Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart Super Center, BJ's Wholesale Club and Bed, Bath & Beyond. The location supports strong retail sales due to area demographics.
“Situated just north of the Interstate 287 inter-change, this property is one of the most visible retail locations along Route 23,” says Van Houten. “In addition, there are limited barriers to entry for new retailers along the popular Route 23 corridor in Kinnelon that only increase the property's long-term potential.”
