HOUSTON–Beacon Land Development, the developers of Bluejack National, a private club and community under way northwest of Houston in Montgomery, Texas, has announced it has formed Bluejack Properties with TIPLER Design & Build LLC, one of the Houston area's prominent custom home builders.

“Given the natural setting and topography, coupled with world-class amenities, and a true commitment to luxury service, Bluejack will be one of the premier developments locally in the state of Texas and nationally,” said Casey Paulson, a Beacon partner, said to GlobeSt.com.

Under TIPLER's direction, Bluejack Properties will be responsible for the majority of the community's built product, including the Member Suites, Cottages and Sunday Homes. TIPLER, along with other selected builders, also will design and build custom homes for Bluejack National's Estate Lots.
