DENVER—KTGY Group Inc., recently revealed that Aster Conservatory Green apartment community here is nearing completion. Designed by KTGY and developed by Forest City Enterprises of Cleveland, OH, Aster Conservatory Green is a pedestrian-oriented community of 352 apartment homes, adjacent the Shops at Northfield Stapleton, and located in the award-winning master-planned community of Stapleton, near downtown Denver.

Aster Conservatory Green is the first apartment community to be built in Northfield and is targeting both young professionals and families. The apartment community is expected to be completed at the end of September 2014.
“The community of Stapleton has a diverse mix of residents at all income levels with all sorts of housing needs,” KTGY's studio director Nathan Sciarra exclusively tells GlobeSt.com. “For-rent housing is a specific need that continues to be in high demand in the Stapleton neighborhoods and as the for-sale housing continues to expand north, the rental market has grown to the north as well. The delivery of Aster Conservatory Green provides a key piece in the diversity goals of Stapleton on the north side.”

Situated on 10.8 acres, Aster Conservatory Green's apartment configurations consist of townhomes and flats, ranging in size from 550 to 1,400 square feet. The 24-building apartment community offers open floor plans and includes studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes, with third-floor premium apartments. Residents will enjoy large bedrooms, private garages and upgraded finishes such as Granite or Quartz countertops, stainless steel or glass subway tile backsplash, premium fixtures and lighting, sustainable Hickory flooring, Espresso custom cabinetry, built-in wine storage, Whirlpool Energy Star stainless steel appliances including in-suite washer and dryer, water-saving fixtures, and spacious walk-in closets; also, tall 9'-13'9” ceilings, abundant windows, and a private balcony, patio or porch. Some of the apartment units have great views of the mountains and downtown.

The apartments are located at 4890 Northfield Blvd. in Denver and will be professionally managed by Forest City Residential.

“Aster Conservatory Green caters to a wide variety of renters, from young professionals, singles, couples and roommates to families, who prefer an urban, hotel-style environment in an amenity-rich, walkable neighborhood. Aster Conservatory Green's enriched amenities package adds to KTGY's dynamic, trend-targeted design,” Sciarra tells GlobeSt.com.
