AUBURN, Ala–McShane Construction Cos. has been selected by developer and long-standing client Continental Properties Inc. to complete Springs at Memorial in Oklahoma City. The 224-unit luxury apartment complex is being constructed on a 12.5-acre infill parcel at 13331 North MacArthur Blvd. McShane broke ground in August with scheduled completion slated for third quarter 2015.

The new apartment development will be comprised of 10 residential buildings with six of the buildings incorporating attached parking garages on the ground level. The garden-style complex will offer a balance of unit configurations including 32 studios, 80 one-, 92 two- and 20 three-bedroom residences. Each apartment will feature contemporary fixtures and finishes, such as granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, modern appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
