DALLAS—The office division of NAI Robert Lynn has won leasing assignments for two Class A Dallas-area office buildings: the 149,416-square-foot Addison Tower located at 16415 Addison Road and the 154,458-square-foot Pyramids Office Tower located at 9201 North Central Expressway. The new listings are two of the largest in the office division's portfolio.
Tom Lynn, president of the office division at NAI Robert Lynn and James Davis, vice president, are leasing the properties.
“Both buildings are in great locations, have high-end amenities and optimal space for companies of all sizes,” said Davis. “Whether companies are looking to relocate to or within the Addison and Dallas areas, we can find the right corporate environment for them.”
The nine-story Addison Tower offers tenants on-site management, along with a building engineer, on-site deli, a common conference center and common break area, a newly renovated lobby and on-site security.
“With our Addison Tower listing, the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division is offering much more aggressive rental rates with similar amenities to other Class A buildings located along the Dallas North Tollway,” said Davis to GlobeSt.com. “The spaces are in high demand due to the building's prime location and affordability to those currently in the market.”
The Pyramids Office Tower is six stories and boasts on-site management, engineering and security staff, a new deli and guest parking. It is centrally located adjacent to the area's premier shopping center, NorthPark Center.
“Although the Pyramids Office Tower building has previously been perceived as a medical building, it's actually a pure office building that doesn't allow medical tenants,” he said. “The building is a great Class A opportunity for office tenants on Dallas' Central Expressway.”
The company was awarded the assignment based on its expertise in the field, said Davis.
"NAI Robert Lynn's office division was chosen by the property owners for the leasing of the space due to their expertise in the Dallas market,” he said. “With a wide portfolio of office listings, NAI Robert Lynn was a great candidate for the leasing of the spaces."
