HOUSTON--CBRE has received the exclusive marketing assignment for Moran Ranch, a 673-acre parcel of land just north of Houston in Willis and Conroe.

Reps for CBRE tell GlobeSt.com that the property has been a family ranch for many years.

“As the surrounding area continues to expand laterally, development opportunities closer to the newly-improved highway now support decreased traffic times for area commuters, particularly those to the new ExxonMobil campus who should enjoy shorter drive times if residing closer to Interstate 45,” said Darin Gosda, senior vice president with CBRE. “As new residents continue to settle further north along Interstate 45, demand for new communities, attractions and amenities will soon follow.”
