MT. LAUREL, NJ—NAI Mertz has sold a 63,600-square-foot industrial/flex facility at 17 Roland Ave. in Mt. Laurel, NJ, to Horizon Services, a plumbing and HVAC company. Scott Mertz, SIOR, principal of NAI Mertz, recently represented the owner, Color Graphics Inc., in the transaction.

“This sale represents a significant transaction for the town of Mt. Laurel and an expansion for Horizon Services, a company that employs over 400 people,” says Mertz. “This flex building features amenities that satisfied the company's business needs and is a facility that its employees can call home,” he added.

Located just off Route 73, 17 Roland Ave. is situated on four acres and features 16-foot ceilings, six tailgates, one drive-in and 6,000 square feet of office space.

The facility will serve as Horizon Services' New Jersey regional headquarters. The company currently operates two additional offices in Wilmington, DE, and Audubon, PA. This transaction marks the company's expansion into the southern New Jersey region.
