DALLAS--Henry S. Miller Brokerage's multifamily investment team, executive vice president Lew Wood, and Andrew Doster and Darden Orand, recently brokered the sale of High Point Centre.
Located at 12225 Greenville Ave., the 257,099-square-foot office building has been purchased by High Point Ricchi LLC, a subsidiary of The Ricchi Group based in San Antonio.
The Miller team represented The Ricchi Group led by Leobardo Trevino, while Eric Mackey and Gary Carr of CBRE represented the seller, Riversource REO 1 LLC, a Minneapolis-based bank and lender.
Trevino and The Ricchi Group have also recently purchased properties at 1111 Mockingbird Ave. and 2100 Valley View Lane.
