HOUSTON--A year after finalizing an $8-million renovation at 515 Post Oak Boulevard, Stream Realty Partners has announced that the office property, owned by Columbia Property Trust, is now 50 percent leased.

Columbia Property Trust made extensive architectural renovations that transformed the older, 275,000-square-foot, Class-A office building into a modern space that now offers enticing on-site amenities for tenants including a fitness center, state-of-the-art conference facility, fast-casual restaurant, property management and 24-hour security. Among the companies that have moved to the property since the renovation are Shale-Inland Holdings, a specialty industrial supplier, and local software giant NetIQ, which established its headquarters at the property last year and currently is its largest tenant.

“Contiguous blocks of Class-A office space along prestigious Post Oak Boulevard are quickly becoming difficult to find,” said Brad Fricks, senior vice president, Stream Realty. “The extensive renovation initiated by Columbia Property Trust once again underscores their foresight and commitment to the growing Houston market.”
