HARRISON, NJ—Water's Edge at Harrison, a luxury waterfront rental community in an emerging commuter-friendly neighborhood in Harrison, NJ, has opened for leasing with October occupancy available.
Located at 301 Dey Street, Water's Edge is in a waterfront corner of Harrison, NJ that overlooks the Passaic River. The community adds 141 luxury studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments to the ever booming Harrison marketplace.
Water's Edge includes a range of services and amenities, along with proximity to Route 280, the New Jersey Turnpike and complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Harrison PATH station.

Rental prices start from the upper $1,400s for studios, the $1,700s for one-bedroom apartments and the $2,200s for two-bedroom apartments. The leasing office is now open 7-days a week, with initial occupancy expected soon thereafter.
