PHOENIX—Xceligent, Inc. announces that David Verwer and Andy Weflen have joined the Xceligent team in the Phoenix and Las Vegas regions.
Verwer will serve as a senior director of client services for the Arizona market. Verwer began his CRE career in 1996 in Northern California, and moved to the Phoenix in 2004. He was 2008 Central Arizona CCIM chapter past president, and 2010 chair of legislative affairs for CCIM National. He is also a Scottsdale leadership class XX graduate and currently serves on the Central Arizona CCIM 2015 board of directors.
“David is a well-known name in the Phoenix commercial real estate world and his expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow in the region,” says Daniel Ceniceros, chief strategy officer who oversees the sales and marketing effort for Xceligent, “David's broad depth of commercial real estate includes sales and lease transactions as well as site selection and research. He'll be a valuable asset to our team and clients.”
Weflen will serve as regional director of data analytics for the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets. He began his CRE career in 2007 doing GIS for Colliers International, and moved to the national research team in 2010, while he also got his master's in GIS from Arizona State University. Most recently he was working as a system administrator with the State of Arizona.
