SAN FRANCISCO—Cushman & Wakefiled has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 650 California Street by Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust.
Columbia Property Trust recently purchased the building from New York City-based Tishman Speyer and Prudential Real Estate. Spearheading all leasing efforts for Cushman & Wakefield are executive directors Zach Siegel and JD Lumpkin, as well as associate director Sam Wasserstein.
The 478,392 square foot, 33-story, class-A building is located within the highly-desirable Financial District sub-market in downtown San Francisco. 650 California Street offers attractive tenant amenities and spectacular, unobstructed 360-degree views to the north and west from almost every floor.
